Us
Founded in 1984 as a third party administrator (TPA), our company
changed ownership and management in 2005. After restructuring
our processes, products and services in response to market needs,
the resulting company is no longer a traditional TPA. Therefore,
we renamed the company TriSurant
in April 2007 to underscore our commitment to integrity,
service, and value.
Today, in addition to providing claims management services, TriSurant
also provides the next generation of employer Health
Benefit Services as well as Workers'
Compensation Services. Lifestyle, wellness and
disease management programs, onsite clinics, an expanded health
care provider network, pharmacy management services, and decision
support tools help employers to manage risk while providing their
employees with exceptional health services. Safety and loss control
programs and a fully integrated approach to workers' compensation
claims management provides both care for the worker and faster
return to work.
We are proud of our continued growth. Our new management team
and experienced staff have established new programs, products
and services. The result is a broad array of capabilities and
give employers greater flexibility, more services for their employees
and improved control over their benefit programs.
TriSurant is a member of the privately held JFO Group, a Texas-based
holding company for over 25 years. The JFO Group has multiple
investments in a variety of industries including medical services,
insurance and financial services, business process outsourcing,
and energy. JFO's combined investments exceed $1 billion.
