HealthFirst TPA is a Third Party Administrator providing benefit administration to self-funded employers. Our product is SERVICE to our clients. We offer our clients deep hospital and physician discounts with local and national PPO networks, and prescription drug card service. Each client has 24/7 access to on-line claims and eligibility lookup and all employees have access to their own claim data. HealthFirst TPA has been active in the TPA industry since 1980. With offices in Houston, Austin and Tyler, Texas we are well positioned to service our client’s business.

Today, in addition to providing claims management services, we also provide the next generation of employer Health Benefit Services. Lifestyle, wellness and disease management programs, onsite clinics, an expanded health care provider network, pharmacy management services, and decision support tools help employers to manage risk while providing their employees with exceptional health services.
