The Account Management Services team coordinates all internal
services (enrollment, customer service, claims, utilization review,
case management, provider services, COBRA/HIPAA services, Plan
Document creation, technology, accounting) as well as external
vendors (PBMs, PPOs, Broker services, wellness vendors) so that
clients and their employees have a well-coordinated, one stop
benefit experience. The Account Management Services team also
provides employers with legislative updates, full financial reporting,
enrollment support, and communication assistance. Included within
our Account Management Services team are dedicated Client Service
Coordinators.
The focus of the Account Management Services team is to provide
every client with the highest level of personal service. This
allows the benefit manager the opportunity to perform their duties
with confidence knowing that their employee benefit plan is receiving
the full attention of a team of experienced professionals.
The Account Management Services Department at TriSurant is comprised
of experienced, fully licensed Account Managers, Account Executives,
Account Management Assistants and a Manager with over 25 years
experience in client services.
