Services
The Client Services Department at TriSurant is comprised of experienced
staff in: Plan Benefit Administration, Pharmacy Benefit Administration,
and Subrogation Coordination. The Plan Benefit Administration
handles all aspects of eligibility including HIPAA and COBRA administration
and works closely with the client’s Benefit Office. They
are also responsible for the administration and payment of FSA/HRA
claims. Pharmacy Benefit Administration is responsible for the
implementation of all pharmacy programs and assists the members
and client’s Benefit Office with specific issues.
Subrogation Coordination reviews all third party injuries and
works closely with an outside law firm during the recovery process
for all subrogation cases. This daily collection process assures
maximum reimbursement to the plan. Comprehensive reporting is
provided quarterly.
