The Customer Service Department at TriSurant is comprised of
experienced Customer Service Representatives who are eager to
assist our clients.
The TriSurant Customer Service staff is dedicated to providing
first call resolution. For complex problems, our goal is to respond
by the close of business the same day, or for problems requiring
extensive research, within 48 hours. In addition to our Customer
Service Department, TriSurant has a facsimile system that is integrated
with our telephone system available on a 24/7 basis to provide
verification of eligibility, claim status and plan benefits. Also
available is the TriSurant secure website that provides claims
payment, eligibility and plan benefit information for individuals
as well as providers on a 24/7 basis. TriSurant has designated
representatives who are fluent in Spanish. TriSurant also has
access to a language line giving us the ability to assist members
in more than 140 different languages and dialects.
